This is a drawn style, modern template design. The template is ideal for any creative portfolio site. It has a changeable menu bar in the header section below the header option bar. The main part has two columns: the content area and a sidebar area.

The package contains 5 PSD files (4 pages and 1 alternate version of the main page without the login form): a main page, a blog page, a subpage and a contact page! Help file included.

I only used basic fonts to provide maximum compatibility! The design created with Photoshop CS2.

This design is suited for a business, real estate or corporate website. It is a clean Red & Maroon theme with room for a lot of content, there is also a Grey version with a white background included. The Prestige theme has a vertical text menu, with a search and more information box under the menu area. This site also has google maps, a dynamic site map and form processing.
