The Atlantica PSD Package features 2 full PSD files featuring over 10 style variations and 4 primary page layouts (Home, Generic Content Page w/submenu, Blog Post, Portfolio).
Included is the yet-to-be-released “Atlantica Black” version of this template that takes a dramatically different approach to the styling or the original template.
The “Atlantica” theme is a bold, clean, and professional layout that is ideal for artists, designers, photographer, and other creatives that are in need of a portfolio template that is professional and “to the point”. Even if you don’t need the huge image gallery page, this template will also work great for sites that need to showcase a few images above each content-page in a slick, sophisticated way.
It uses the underestimated “Times New Roman” as the primary body font (Available Free), and Georgia (a free system font) for the some specific cases. Additionally, the font uses Bodoni as a “headline” font – which is part of the Adobe Font Folio. Bodoni can be easily swapped for Times New Roman or Georgia though. The layout is incredibly flexible and comes with 2 primary page layouts: a home page with a full width spread and several other pages with sidebar’s pre-layed out.
The layout is set to be 960 px wide with a sidebar that fits 125×125 ads perfectly (ideal if you or the client wants an ad block), and incorporates many features ranging from a product or image galleries to blog posts.
All elements in this file are create by myself, with the exception of the images in the galleries, which is part of the Envato website, Creattica.com .
Note: I release the PSD files for designers who don’t need the coding and want to pick these files up for a cheaper cost than the full HTML version. The Atlantica Black coded version is coming out soon!
